As we know today that water is a basic human need. As the majority of people say, 'man can live without food, but not without water'.
Now is 2100 and the world getting hotter. The availability of water on earth is decreasing that is only in the north pole and the south pole.
In some country, fresh water still available because they have previously owned a large forest area. However, the water reserves in some of these countries are also only sufficient for the water needs of half the population of the country.
However, some other also have a river that is still filled with water, but a country country dams the water so the other country does not given much water from the river.
The water nowadays becomes very salt because the evaporation of sea makes the salinity higher. So that some big country make new water distillation It is because the existing water distillation cannot use for the water nowadays. But, something happen in the end of the research!
We would like to create awarenes of people about water. So this council would be, create a resolution of all existing conflicts without sparkling any war and the sharing of results should be fair.
